They walked me through every step of the procedure, explained the risks and recovery clearly, and made sure I felt supported the entire time. Nyx was treated gently and with real care, not just like another appointment.

My experience with Veterinary Care Center was amazing. Dr. Birch and her staff were very knowledgeable, kind, and very friendly when we brought our Golden Doodle, Rigby.

We live in Lexington and had taken Rigby to two other veterinarians who could not determine the cause of his abnormal liver enzyme levels. When we contacted Veterinary Care Center, the team reviewed his information and asked us to bring him in.

Within a few hours they had determined what was wrong. Rigby stayed a few days for medication and IV fluids and the staff contacted me several times each day with updates on his progress.

For five days Dr. Birch and the staff worked urgently and around the clock to come up with the proper diagnosis, treatment plan, and medication before sending her home.

We were scared, worried, and nervous like any pet owner would be, but those feelings went away once we saw how carefully the staff treated our baby and made sure she was taken care of.
